A team is one of the primary - if not the primary - drivers of success for your startup. Pick the right team and you're bound to increase your odds of succeeding. Pick the wrong individuals & everything tends to go to shit pretty quickly.
There's one thing that you should know about me: money (and more of it) has always been a really bad motivator for me. I just can't get up in the morning and do anything if the pursuit is purely for money.
Products and service exist today because an entrepreneur decided to take the immense risk of building something on their own dime and hoping that they can sell enough.
You are the founding entrepreneur. You had the idea and you had the guts to take on the risks attached to running a startup. You also had the vision and the belief that you can conquer the world against all odds.
Do things for yourself, be a little selfish every now and again, and most important: invest in yourself.
