I have a slightly different take on the thought-process about whether you should or shouldn't work on your own startup
For most entrepreneurs, finding new ideas ain’t all that hard. In fact, I’d proffer that curating those ideas and picking the *right* one to work on is probably a whole lot harder.
As long as you have perseverance, courage & self-belief, you can succeed regardless of your imperfect execution.
The very definition of being an entrepreneur is a) the ability to spot a gap/opportunity, and b) the willingness to exploit that. And once you are executing that opportunity, you work harder than anybody else.
